  • Went in to get a "medium fade". They proceeded to cut higher than intended. I proceeded to point out how high but she continued the massacre. Told them to stop but she continued to cut until it was even all around. Told them this was not what I wanted and pointed to the same spot where she went two inches above. Tried to leave and was forced to pay for something they messed up badly. Do not go here!
