  • Pros: It seems fairly safe, the units are nice, it's new Cons: - the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I wake up every time my neighbors alarm goes off. Dogs love to bark nonstop. - It's overpriced compared to cost of living here. You can buy a nice house here and pay less per month So, if you can deal with noise and being woken up a lot, it's a nice place.
