  • This is the first time I have posted a review but felt compelled due to the great service we have had. We have had a couple of issues with the appliances we purchased (manufacturer issues, not distributor issues) and Spencer's has been very responsive to our calls. A human always answers the phone and they are pleasant and very helpful. Because of their great service, I would not purchase appliances anywhere else.
