  • Yikes. This place is closed, y'all. Just got a call from my dress manufacturer after reaching out to them. I needed a swatch from the dress so my partner can match a suit in ivory. When I reached out to Frocks, I got sporadic responses at first, and then nothing. Radio silence. Their voicemail is full, the store is not open (even on high-traffic Saturdays). Nada. Turns out they've closed up shop with no notice to customers whatsoever. If you've ordered from them, I urge you to contact the designer/manufacturer. I did to get the swatch I needed, and they explained the whole situation. Long story short, my dress is not coming from Frocks any longer but them directly. Mostly I am writing this review to other people who have ordered dresses and haven't heard anything. I'm disappointed because they carried amazing styles and had pretty good customer service. Businesses close for a variety of reasons, and it's never easy to have to tie up loose ends, but be warned if you're waiting to hear about a dress. You won't.
