  • Mary is a fantastic professional, really good at what she does. She's very prompt to respond either by email or phone, but especially email. I was impressed by their portal system and that fact that we could easily upload and download documents. We never had to go in in person, although we certainly had the option to. But for us it was so much more convenient to just do it all remotely. We worked from home in multiple states with multiple companies and levels of employment and she knew all the right questions to ask to get us the best return for a very reasonable price. I wish we weren't moving away and that we could use her again next year. Thanks, Mary!
