  • Wow. From start to finish, Service King communicated with me about the progress in repairing my car, worked with my insurance company, and when one part of the repair wasn't done fully - which was, in part, due to my own miscommunication- they quickly and professionally helped get the problem resolved. And their work is amazing!! My car looks great. Huge shout out to service advisor Jeremy Hagedorn - he's the best! Professional, personable, and very thorough. I'm a manager at a company that has received ten straight JD Power awards for customer satisfaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jeremy; he's that good at making the customer experience a hassle-free one.
