| - Ladies and gentlemen, the chef has left the building. Clearly, something is amiss here since my last visit. The carpeting looks worn and in need of a serious power wash, the servers look dis-spirited, and the food...utterly disappointing. We tried over a dozen items and each had its own flaws, from under seasoning (beef balls, beancurd rolls, sticky rice), to being overcooked (chicken feet, breadsticks) and also of suspect ingredients (shu mai, har gow and anything sweet related). This restaurant appears to be on the decline, which is sad because when it was at the top of its game, it raised the playing field for every dim sum joint in Chinatown.
