  • Decided to check out the new Uncle Tetsu location in Unionville. Drove by Saturday night at 10:50pm (they close at 11pm) and saw a long line up so we didn't stop. I went back Sunday morning at around 8:30am and there was no one in line! Walked in, got a cheesecake and 4 madeleines! The cheesecake was great, it wasn't too sweet and was very soft. The madeleines were also nice and soft! I asked about different flavour cheesecakes and the cashier said they should be introducing the matcha one sometime in November. Can't wait! To end, food was awesome, service was great.
