  • I am so please with the facility. It's air cooled and there is enough dollies, flatbeds, etc.. It's well maintained and clean. Just as important is the staff. They are fully engaged and don't spend all day sitting in the office. They'll go out of their way to help. Leading them is Heather who I must commend for her managerial skills. She is so good at her job I have a second unit! She has the ability to eyeball merchandise and know to the foot what size storage unit is needed. She is very accommodating, pleasant, and a pleasure to work with. I highly - very highly recommend this facility. Right person, right place, right time. Definitely 5 stars.
