  • The staff here was amazing. This is a very good place to hold meetings etc. The concierge, Theresa was perfection and so sweet and very, very helpful. She even made a few copies for me. Seriously a doll. The front desk was also very friendly and fast. The valet and bellmen were friendly and professional. The next day I was greeted my name while walking through the lobby. I made a run to the store and brought back a little candy for them. These guys were great. The catering and sales department was stellar. Someone always returned my call right away and made every effort to accommodate our requests. Ryan and Allison ROCK. The reservation person who handled our rooming list was friendly and super efficient despite my many, many additions/deletions. Dineh was dynamite. My only real issues were that my room contained a coffee mug with lipstick on it and it smelled of smoke despite it being a non smoking room. What if you charge people way more money if they smoke in the room to offset the costs of taking that smell away. Otherwise the rooms are cool.
