  • I recently moved in to my house. I was getting warm water & no hot water. I called around for a plumbing service. When I called ON TIME SERVICE PLUMBING, Nick politely answered the phone. He gave me a 930am to 1030am appointment for today Nov 3 Friday. Today, he made a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. introduced himself politely. Nick told me that the water heater is very old BUT the reason why I had no hot water was because the pilot knob was turned to PILOT instead of ON. Nick simply turned the pilot knob to ON. Because of the hot summer temp, I did not realize I had no hot water. Now, I have hot water!!!!! Nick did remind me that my water heater is very old. He gave me an estimate. For today's visit, NO CHARGE!!! I highly recommend ON TIME SERVICE PLUMBING. Polite, professional & honest!! Thank you Nick!! Keep up the good work!!
