  • RYK is a great place to start your journey. It is such a warm, welcoming environment. Cosmin and the other instructors are all very genuine, friendly and informative. Kundalini yoga is the main focus, but other types of classes are offered as well. They regularly have full moon and new moon meditations, which I find to be very powerful. They also hold fun events such as a monthly dinner and spiritual movie night, as well as charity events. Along with the diverse classes and workshops taught at RYK, there are also a few people with offices at RYK offering massage and other types of therapies like hypnotherapy, past life regression and others. There is also a small store inside RYK that offers a nice variety of products including clothing, books, CDs, jewelry, nutritional supplements and yoga accessories. I am very grateful that my husband found RYK nearly two years ago and that we've become regulars there. Not only are the classes great for your physical health, they also benefit your mental and spiritual health.
