Rude and incompetent. Twice I have called about an undeliverable package. First time, I spoke to someone on the phone, they said they would get the package sent back to my address. The package was instead returned to sender. The second time, I called an spoke to someone, again they said they would send the package back out for delivery. I called back the next morning to confirm. After being left on hold for 15 minutes, I was told they would call me back in 10 minutes. An hour later, I still hadn't received a call. So I called them again, and spoke to a surely, rude employee. They rudely told me my package was not there. They were not able to tell me anything about where my package was or confirm that it was being delivered, despite it having tracking info. I know you work for the government but that doesn't excuse having horrible customer service. This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with.
