Came in this evening knowing exactly what I wanted, just needed to pay for it. Shouldn't be a long process... certainly not longer then 5 minutes. It is Sunday and they are having a big sale. With DH and one kid in tow, we arrive at the store 5 minutes before they close. The sales man harshly says, "Oh, we closed at 6". I pointed out that it wasn't 6 yet, and he said that he had already closed everything down as he walked behind us out the door.
I didn't appreciate his abruptness or his rudeness, so I will not be going there to buy my mattress.
I wonder if Debbie Gaby would be please with the customer service I received....?
