  • I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay. The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.
