It takes a really poor experience for me to write a poor review. But this sams club succeeds in providing a bad experience.
First, don't bother calling. The phone continuously rings.
The selection, products and prices are all good. But the staff is horrible. It's difficult to locate someone to help so I am forced to walk to the front customer service section, wait in a ridiculous line and then be told someone will assist me in the back of the store. The store is never clean. There is always trash around the food court counters and in the restrooms.
I have a Costco membership and Sams. Sams is much more convenient for me but after the membership expires I won't be renewing. It's worth the extra distance for better customer service.
