The Good: Satisfactory room size and cleanliness. Nice staff. Great valet parking service. Logistically in a good location.
The Odd: Funky elevators. There are three elevators side-by-side in the lobby, operated by two different buttons. You could have an empty elevator sitting in the lobby, but if you pushed the button for the other elevator that is already going up, you will be waiting for it to finally make its way back. Suggestion: press ALL of the elevator buttons when in the lobby and floors.
The Bad: I work in Downtown Los Angeles so I'm very accustomed to interacting with the homeless. The homeless around this hotel at night are different from the ones in LA. A bit shady and seedy, almost as if you are being sized up as a robbery victim. I had several tell me to take them to the ATM to withdraw money for them.
