  • I am a regular at Ulta. I love going in and smelling the perfumes and soaps and look at the beautiful colors of make up. My daughter and I have both had our hair done. I have been very pleased with this place until yesterday. I am a heavy person and I am no Miss America. I walked in to buy a few treats for myself. Standing in front of the MAC display was a young man (salesman). He stared at me as I walked in. Not a happy welcoming stare. A very uncomfortable stare. I love MAC so I asked him if he had any MAC blushes. Thinking that might snap him back into reality instead of staring at me like I was some horrible looking monster. No help just mouth gaping open. I went back to the display I initially asked about. Found what I wanted paid my bill and took off out the door. Even more ashamed of myself then I already am. I would have talked to the manager. I felt so crappy though. I am going back and forth now about going back. Or just take my business somewhere else. Basically if you are heavy and not real confident about yourself watch the salesperson when you walk in.
