  • I wanted to update my review based solely on the service department at Henderson Kia. We have been using this service department since we moved to Henderson 4 years ago, back when it was Courtesy Kia. We come for oil changes, if there are any recalls, and for basic maintenance. Ed is so helpful. They are excellent at explaining everything they do or that needs to be done on your vehicle. They offer a courtesy shuttle so you don't have to wait for service. Luckily I haven't needed any major work or repairs done, but I feel comfortable coming here if I do. The car sales division gets 2 stars. The service department gets 4 (I can't give 5 because I don't know how major service works and what their prices are like).
