Baseball. It's the American pastime. Baseball in Pittsburgh? Pure perfection!
I've traveled to a number of major league baseball stadiums and found things to enjoy about all of them, but PNC Park, for me, reigns supreme. When you first arrive the view is breathtaking. PNC is simply stunning from all angles, both inside and out. As many times as I have been to a game here, the views never fail to leave me in awe. Nothing tops the view of downtown from PNC.
I simply must comment on the friendly ballpark staff. There are so many of them that will converse and joke with you. Wonderful, wonderful people there. They truly want fans to have a good time.
Staff at the park do a very good job of providing entertainment between plays/innings. The Pirate Parrot is a crowd favorite mascot. Fans go crazy for the t-shirt cannon. (Because who doesn't love free t-shirts?) Theres also the traditional Pittsburgh Pierogie Race!
I look forward to many more years of cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park!
Let's Go Bucs!
