  • I have been going to this gym for years and never ordered anything from the juice bar. The day I finally decide to try it I leave irritated. I ordered a juice and the guy who took my order was really nice but after waiting 10 minutes and having to go ask if my drink was almost done I find out it hasnt even been made. Note I only asked because another lady who ordered AFTER me went up the counter and asked "what's the hold up there is like 10 of you back there". Maybe not 10 but there were 6 of them and they were all talking and laughing. Was a little put off when I went to ask for my drink and the guy(different from the one who took myn order) asked me what I ordered and then told me "oh I'll make it now". Worst part he didn't even apologize or thank me for waiting 14 min for a juice that took him maybe a minute to make. Seriously? Ya bad service but I get the feeling service isn't their top priority. Love the gym but I think I'm going to stick to tropical smoothie, protein source or greens and proteins. Kinda sucks cuz the juice was actually pretty good. (Hence the 3 stars)
