  • DON'T HIRE AQUA SCIENCE! Very poor customer service! Aqua Science used to be a quality company, but no more. They've had our motor for a month and are just now re-installing it. The last two technicians seemed like this was the first system they've ever worked on, nice guys, not trained. Today's tech needs someone with more experience to finish the job, and the company can't get anyone out for three more days. Overheard the manager in the background only concerned with payment vs a job well done. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It's a holiday weekend. How about sending a replacement system to get us through the weekend!? That would be customer service.
