  • I signed up for Electronic Box last month. Installation was done within 6 business days, the billing is clear and correct, everything is working well. Best of all the price is much, much lower than Rogers, Bell, etc. and the speed is good. Switching from another provider might be more of an issue because the other provider has to cooperate. In my case, I was warned that the Rogers tech who would come do the install would call, and if I missed the call the appointment would be cancelled. A bit of a pain, but not their fault! So my experience has been good. I also pay my bill on time (they just bill my credit card automatically), so no issues there, either. They also have a lot of recent good reviews on dslreports. I figured I'd leave a positive review for anyone considering Electronic Box because I think it is the best option if you're sick of being ripped off by the majors.
