  • Very plain cafe. Hidden back by the Food Lion, but nice for a strip mall setting with outdoor and indoor tables. Breakfast was unimaginative but well done. If you want something good but not pretentious or overly weird, this is your place. The buttered toast was a highlight for me, and so was the hot chocolate. The omelette was standard, not that I don't appreciate that. Last week I was in north Charlotte at another breakfast spot, and hated their food wholeheartedly. Here you will get full.
