I have had it with this process and both of your companies!!! I have waited 13 fucking days for the same paper work I have on my phone that I took pictures of when your (oasis moving and storage) incompetent company dropped off all of my broken shit. I am not sure how any of you can sleep at night knowing that you destroyed a families personal belongings.
There is over $2,000.00 in damage to our belongings and if you think for one minute I am going to settle with Anthem (LINK: http://www.yelp.com/biz/anthem-claim-management-phoenix) for .60 on the pound you are all out of your god damn minds. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Oasis, I will share the link that I sent to Stephanie at Moving APT that CLEARLY out lines that you have done this to multiple people. If I would have known that Oasis Moving and Storage was going to be chosen, I would have broken all of my shit before they came to pick it up.....after all that is what the company, on the internet (yelp) is known for. As both companies probably know by now, 2 federal complaints with the department of transportation have been filed along with BBB complaints. I am not done with the filings. I have been told by Oasis Moving and Storage's drivers that they "have never seen damage like this". I have also been told by Stephanie at Moving APT that she has never seen damage to this extent either. Now whether or not you are trying to kiss my ass or not is irrelevant at this point.
I have done my research on both of your companies and know that you both are small shops under 15 employees. I am truly sorry that we chose to do business this way. I don't come from this type of shady, blindsiding way of doing business.
We were quoted by Moving APT roughly $2,700 for the move. When the ever so professional, handle with care (by care I mean treat your things like garbage) showed up at 10 pm PST (what the fuck?, my wife was home alone....really??? who does this!!!!!!), the quote went to just over $4,000. To give an example of how to charge for more space, we don't even own a king mattress and it is CLEARLY on the bill. Sorry for not reading every tiny little illegible fucking line. Maybe tighten up your hiring requirements and hire people that can write and have eye site.
As for the 'Customer Service" at Oasis moving and Storage, don't you dare tell me that I am being impatient when you have a bed to sleep in, glasses to drink out of and baby furniture that is not fucked up. You should be shut down. No wonder you are a cash only business. What an idiot I am......
This is not over. I will be contacting all of the people that left bad reviews for Oasis Moving and Storage. I will be contacting a lawyer, damages are over $500 in the state my personal belongings were picked up in does not considered this small claims.
I will never do or recommend either one of your companies services ever, although I am sure that you have heard that from at least 14 other people ( please refer to yelp link). This message will be going out to most of the major social media hubs along with the yelp members complaints. If anyone has any sense (which clearly I did not) they would never even think to reach out to your miserable organizations.
