Nick is an excellent, knowledgeable, motivating trainer. After my first meeting, Nick put together a tailored workout and eating plan. These workout are definitely tailored to what you need and your specific goals. I'm truly amazed at the dramatic results in the first 6 week.
I like that he changes things up so you're not doing the same things over and over and he makes sure that you're doing things with proper form. He definitely meets you on the level you're at, without being judgmental, intimidating or condescending, and works with you. He's always encouraging you to meet and exceed your goals. I highly recommend him!
