rev:text	I'm grateful for LasikPlus and the staff here. The staff was friendly and personable - the techs, the optometrist, and the doctor. They put me at ease and helped me when my nerves kicked into overdrive and I...kind of passed out after the procedure. Yep, I was that customer. The experience, however, was positive and painless. The process of getting your eyelids to stay open was uncomfortable and awkward, and I think the reason my nerves tipped over the edge was because I didn't know what the tools looked like beforehand or what was going to be done with them. Understandably, they probably don't go into that much detail because they don't want to unnecessarily frighten their customers. The machines, the entire operating room, is viewable through glass walls, but the smaller tools were what had made me nervous. In retrospect...I would've asked to see what was going to be used. And I would've opted for the valium they had offered me a week prior to my appointment.
