  • I just moved to Las Vegas and needed a place to have an electrical problem fixed. I found this auto repair shop on the AAA website. I stopped by last week to talk to them and make sure they could fix my "Door Ajar" issue. They assured me they could. My car would not start so I called AAA and bought a new battery. Then I called this shop - Doctor Auto - on Craig Road and asked if I brought the car in today around 2:30 p.m. would they leave the car inside the garage at night. After checking to see how many cars needed to be inside tonight - I was assured it would be no problem. So I drove over and the District Manager, Nick Chavez, told me he could not guarantee my car would be inside over night. I have a full tank of gas in my car and they would not be responsible if anything happened to my car while it was left outside all night. So they wasted my time and energy checking out their auto repair shop ahead of time. What kind of business does this? I will NOT ever do business with a company like this -- and I suggest you do the same. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP!!! Dishonest business practices.
