  • By far and away the worst decision the city ever made. The company is made up totally if liars and cheats who make it out like they take your issues seriously but Don't and never will. You get transferred and you endlessly sit on a loop hold that No one will ever pick up. Takes them a year just to get two 90 year old people some dam trash cans and can't even respond coherently to another request for an extra can go be delivered. No management, different story from everyone, shit service and rude, lying operators that I have never had a good experience with. Vegas should contract with another company and force republic out of business.
