  • Cool hip coffee spot- definitely a recommend from me! I heart coffee roasters in CLE- so when I saw that Six Shooter Coffee (after slightly stalking them on Instagram) had opened a spot in Waterloo- off we went to visit this cool hip coffee gem. It's a real cool spot off of Waterloo. Having more the real coffees- you can get a nitro toddy, aeropress, pourover, Cuban espresso, etcera- I was a fan right away. I'm not really fan of the super sweet syrup lattes- when I want a coffee, I want a good strong brewed coffee with a punch of flavor. I want an "umph" to my coffee. And I sure got it here! I got the Mexico blend of coffee today-a lighter blend with a punch of flavor. I took one sip and exclaimed "wow, now that's a good cup of coffee", and I enjoyed every sip of my aeropress coffee. I also got a bag of beans of the rwanda blend- I can't wait to make it at home! They also serve an array of yummy pastries from local bakeries around town including CLE bagels. Also, if you want to do work, there's wifi too with some seating here and there around the shop (which definitely has some cool art hanging on their walls as well). If you like good solid coffee as well as a place that actually roast their own beans, I highly recommend Six Shooter Coffee- definitely run over to Waterloo and try out this place- it's so worth it. I was highly impressed and can't wait to try more of their coffee!
