  • Stay away! Visiting this dealership was one of the worst parts of our car-buying experience. Compared to the many other dealerships we visited, the staff here were relatively unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our sales rep was a nice man despite being shy and reserved and unable to answer all of our question. He was not really the problem. The sales manager, however, was aggressive, overbearing, and did not respect us as informed shoppers. We were made to feel as though we were wasting her time--even though we were the only people in the whole place! We were often interrupted mid-sentence when speaking. When negotiating the price, she pushed us to a near argument because she was unwilling to listen to us. We are informed buyers and do not put up with "trust me, I know better than you" tactics. In contrast, our experience with another Hyundai dealership in Toronto was the complete opposite: friendly, welcoming, and comfortable. If looking for a Hyundai in downtown Toronto, I suggest a short drive up to Leaside to Gyro on Laird.
