  • In regard to the store's representative's comment about wanting to make the Early Access Sale special for your Loyalty cardholders and that other Loyalty cards also offer special privileges- yes, they do; however, they do not rope off merchandise and not allow other customers to purchase the items. If this is the best idea your staff could come up with someone needs to go back to Marketing 101 and study the section on how NOT to alienate and lose customers.
