  • I had a wonderful experience with Giovanni!! He is a dream! So, I have been highlighting my hair increasingly blonde for the last 2-3 years. It was getting so damaged, but I felt like I HAD to maintain the root upkeep, because I'd gotten myself into this situation, lol. I went to Nu Image and was lucky enough to be paired with the wonderful Giovanni, who's got decades of experience with girls like me who beat the crap out of their hair. He sat me down and explained that there was a better way, that wouldn't require so much damage to my hair (he refuses to use bleach on anyone), and wouldn't make me look so washed-out. So instead of highlights, we did lowlights, and corrected the whole situation! I sat in his chair for 3+ hours and with precision and attention to detail, he fixed me! So now I have a much more maintainable, natural look (I hated going to the salon every 6-8 weeks for root touch ups). He was the first stylist to be truly honest with me, and I so appreciated it!! Thanks Giovanni!
