  • Ugh, I give up on this place, I keep going back to give it another try but what a waste. If you are looking for sugar-laced drinks with long waits and excessively friendly California surfer staff, this is your place. If you just want coffee in a hurry, don't bother. They actually don't sell regular coffee, just americanos they pass as coffee. I like good customer service like anyone else but I don't have time at 530 am to chat about how my clothes match my car, what I'm doing that day, where I work, how good my car smells, how great the weather is, and where I'm going for the weekend when there are 10 cars behind me and I've waited for in the drive thru already for 15 minutes. I sat this morning in line and watched as it backed up to Camelback as they petted the ladies dog sticking out of the window in front of me sharing treats jabbering. This happens all of the time. They need to learn how to weigh good service with speediness for the morning commute. The chai tea latte frozen has no chai flavor, just frozen milk. I threw it out and I never throw things out. They haven't mastered a non fat drink like Starbucks. The Pumpkin Pie Breve they sold me on one morning should be outlawed, tasted like warm half and half with a dash of cinnamon and they asked me if I wanted cinnamon yet was so excited when I asked for it because it "really makes it super yummy." It went in the trash as well.
