  • I was going to give 5 stars because Alex and the other two guys in the VIN inspection and emissions area are awesome. I had to take off 1 star because three loud douchebags on motorcycles came in after I'd been standing in line waiting for my number for almost an hour and they were loudly exclaiming that the line was too long n they weren't going to deal with it. They started laughing about walking up to the appointment counter instead. At first the man at the counter said they couldn't be helped but a minute later the main douchebag had a number and they were heading to their seats. They have been gone for quite a while and I'm still sitting here waiting. Guess it pays to jump in front of everyone else who is waiting patiently and act like a loud A-hole. I was texted that my wait time was 26 minutes 62 minutes ago. :/
