  • As I was preparing to leave my review I read the other reviews about Tensions LACK of return policy!! Honestly, I totally get not accepting returns on custom made sails but, just as another review stated, THIS IS UNUSED HARDWARE IN ITS SEALED BAG!!! We have purchased multiple sails from Tension in the past and will continue to do so as the sails are top quality. However, we just purchased a sail and bought the temporary mounting system FOR $240.50!!! When what we needed were permanent turn buckles for $85!!! I asked if we could return the pulley system and get the turn buckles they said they would do an even swap!! So I give you the $240.50 pulley system back and you give me the $85 turn buckle system? HARD PASS!! These pulleys will be going on Craigslist for $225!!
