  • Read the reviews and thought, what the heck, I will try them. Have had two companies out in the last 5 years to repair our A/C unit and both times felt I was over charged and not sure if they did much as the spiel was the same and I needed this and that and this was going out soon, etc. etc. Lady who set the appointment was very pleasant and thought they would not be able to get out until after 7 pm and did I want to call someone else since it had been two days in the heat (holiday) but I said we would hold on. Glad I did as they (2) came in, accessed the situation (which was not very bad although how is a homeowner supposed to know without getting multiple quotes while you are frying in the heat!!), fixed the problem in a short time and the bill was very reasonable. Forgot to say that the office had called me back and said the previous jobs had gone faster than expected and would it be ok if they came earlier like in between 4-5 pm. Well,Yes!! Anyway, good experience and will call them again if needed (and in Arizona its not if but when!!).
