| - YELP needs to add a negative star review! Kyle M. And I have the same issues it sounds like. My inverter keeps going out and Solar City states they are monitoring my system, it apparently means I monitor and call them to tell them about the system going down..... I have had to reset my system 4 times today alone..... They were at my home Monday after over a week of no electric being produced and reset it in two minutes and left...... 3 hours later it stopped producing again and went for 4 days not producing electricity/ meanwhile they continue to take money out of my checking account monthly and I pay full rates for electricity........ Now, I am told, not until next Wednesday for a service call.... I guess they will come out and push the same button I keep pushing to reset and say it's all fixed again......
There service is equally compared to there crappy equipment they put in..... They did some work several months ago and disconnected half my system, so J was producing half power - it once again took my phone call to bring it to there attention, but they did say " we were just monitoring that and we're about to call you@ Yeah, BS!!!!!!
If you are looking for Solar - DO NOT GO WITH SOLAR CITY they are a horrible company and you can't get the opportunity to talk to anyone except people who keep telling you how sorry they are - yeah, then sorry that Fing sorry into my bank account for dollar for dollar what I am losing when this crap system doesn't produce, and I'm not talking .03 cents for electric power - I want line fees, taxes, every single fee that I am being charged for electric power I am am losing because of your crap customer service and crap equipment!!!!!
I know, I know Solar City - Your Fing Sorry - yes you are the sorriest company I have ever dealt with, pathetic actually!!!
