  • So I had an appt made yesterday for today at 6. Received the reminder text, cancelled a rehearsal, rushed to make it by 550. Chucky was weighed and we were both put in a waiting room. I cried with Chucky because we were so worried about the outcome. We waited and cried. We continued to wait and cry, and yet, with frustration, we waited and cried. That is when my dog had been under enough stress from waiting, we left. Now, this was after no update to the wait, no request of any accommodation, and no care shown to the pet and "payee" (how I felt). When we left, I watched the staff of 3, who were sitting and chatting (as opposed to assisting in expediting the services) look as I left. I called, and I was told the Dr just walked in when I left. I was also told they thought I was done with the Dr so they didn't worry about me leaving without paying. And finally, they thought the doctor was busy and never thought to let me know about the wait while they were visiting about what they did over the weekend and how ready they were to go home (from what I heard before I said thanks you to them as I walked out with Chucky).
