rev:text	drove an hour from goodyear to a 10am appointment, i originally was going to wait(stated it would take 2 hours) roll the fenders and adjust suspension, was also interested in some addition business if the first was a good experience, but i was able to catch a ride to hang in scottsdale for a couple hours, came back at 1230, was told my car was still being worked on, but Jason was on the phone, i noticed my car still parked in the same location and keys on the desk, waited 10 mins to be told they were busy and they didn't get a chance to look at it. so in all wasted 4 and 1/2 hrs of my day, no phone call to tell me it would be longer, no email or after phone call to say hey, sorry for the terrible customer service to notify you we were going to waste your time and your appointment means nothing. My time is valuable, I drove an hour for great service, I hope that warning assists others in understanding that you are not important, they don't care about the customer and you are just someone that can be blown off with no recourse. Well, I'm a reviewer to include BBB, it may not mean much to some people, but I read them and people that do appreciate good service read reviews. I your time isn't important and you want to give your money to people who don't care about you and treat you like a number, come to this place!
