  • We often go toy shopping at toys r us for the selection. However we have had numerous problems with returns and the so called product replacement plans. My son broke his Optimus Prime transformer which had the product replacement. They sell this plan by telling you that if the toy breaks it will be replaced. When we tried to take it in and explained that our son drove it off a chair and the wheel broke off, we were told that because it is a truck and should be driven on the ground it would not be replaced. I asked if it would be replaced if it was a helicopter or airplane Transformer and I was told it would have. This is ridiculous.
