  • Not a whole lot to report. It's an oil change. The lobby is clean and the staff does have a script to follow to ensure you have a pleasant visit. They always have coupons on their website so it comes out cheaper to get your oil changed here. The lobby is fairly clean and there is a television that is on. In addition they do provide free water and coffee while you wait. They got me in and out in about 15 minutes, so I was happy. Not sure why they had their door locked and made me walk through the bay where they do the oil changes though. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. As a business owner I was thinking this is probably a liability, especially when there is a perfectly good door that leads into the lobby. I saw a few employees use the door but they needed a key to unlock it and then they locked it back up again...weird.
