| - I'm honestly really upset about my last two visits to this location. I use to live right down the street and this location in the beginning was my favorite. I currently have the level 4 package and it's just enough for me. I usually go in the level 4 lay down or the level 3 stand up. The last two visits I've had some a new associate. When I pulled up she was standing outside with two other guys while they were smoking. Not only that but when I pulled up, she still kept standing outside until she saw me get out of my car then she proceeded to go inside. Also one thing that really bothers me is calling someone "darling" I'm not sure where your from or however you may mean it is cool for you, but in the work place, at a job, no person or girl especially wants to be called darling especially when the associate is younger than her. I don't know, maybe that's not a big deal for people, but I've worked in customer service since I was 15 and I would never call someone darling, hunny, or sweetie. To me it kind of sounds condescending but anyway. On top of that she told me I couldn't go in bed two because it was broken (which it wasn't it just wasn't cleaned) so then I go into room four, put on my lotion, press the button to find out its not working. Usually most tanning bed have glitches, I've worked at them so I'm really not tripping. I get dressed ask her to what's up and she decided to clean bed #2... which by the way was cleaned with a almost soaking wet towel she had probably cleaned all the other beds with. And maybe it's just me but this chick sprays the bed and does this like weird two swipes as if that was getting it clean and says okay your all set. So I go in there, no towel, nothing, and btw my bed basically still has lotion all over it from the previous tanner, or who knows it could've been from the one before that. So after I get my towel I then use it to clean the bed, so afterwards I had no towel. Following time I came her bf or whoever he was, was sitting behind the desk with her and once again, she put me in room two, I told her... dude... this bed has like a full on imprint of the tanner before, like I need you to respray this, it's seriously unacceptable. Honestly, I could work in a tanning salon with my eyes closed, it's not that difficult. But the girl the 2nd time really irked me. I felt as is almost I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. The rest of the bed was a mess as well and had like hand prints and stuff all over it. OVERALL... I'm completely unhappy with this experience. I'm not sure the turn around rate is, but I know I'm sure its high, but that chick needs to go.
