  • I've never heard of the Baked Bear until I went to Arizona, and it just made me wonder why there isn't such a place like it back home! It's simply a sweet shop, but its main specialty is ice cream sandwiches. I remember having one with vanilla ice cream between snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookies (they let me switch it up at no extra charge). This is gonna sound sad, but I treasured each moment I took a bite. Sure, I can do the same thing at home - but I don't think my cookies would be that huge and tasty! If you do run into the Baked Bear, stop in and check it out. The prices are reasonable.
