The wait for the drive thru on a Sunday morning at 9:00 was pretty brutal. The woman in front of us in the drive thru was, just by watching her actions, quite.... scatterbrained? Let's just say every interaction with the cashier/drive through window worker was long winded and seemed to take longer than necessary. On her part. Including her handing him a credit card for payment and then she having to explain a whole lot before he could process her payment. When she slowly drove away with her order and we arrived at the window, my husband attempted to hand the guy at the window our credit card he handed it right back. He handed us our FIFTEEN dollar order and said our order was on them "for the long wait". We couldn't believe how generous and GREAT customer service this was. We weren't even upset about the wait. We knew the wait was the fault of the customer and NOT the cashier. But he apologized and thanked us for our patience. GREAT service. Wish the Starbucks in San Diego showed such awesome customer service!
