  • I took the 7 day free trial back in Oct and although I cancelled well within the 7 day window, I have been waiting almost 3 months for the refund of my pro-rata fee for the entire month of Oct. as well as a full months dues that were erroneously charged on 1 Nov. I've contacted the employee who processed my membership multiple times as well as the corporate headquarters w/o any response. It's too bad as it's a nice facility but the company is a total rip-off and apparently has no interest in treating its members fairly. Sean H.
