I do know what I seen on my sons rice and my rice, I know what hair looks like. I did showed it to your waitress, we did asked them to change the rice that she given us but she never did, and never even apologize, your guys was so delicious too bad your crew never know how to attend that kind of situation and didn't resolve. Your guys food was delicious everyone of my family enjoyed it and so do I, but this is not all about the rice its over all its the customer service they provided when we were there, if the issue with rice was resolve with good customer service then it never end up with this. Just an advice your crew is the face of your business, I would love to eat in a place where I'll feel comfortable. Don't worry my sister is one of your regular customer and I'll be coming by once in awhile. One critism or one mistake is just a lesson to know what needs to be improve.
