  • 3.5 Stars I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a wedding. My friend I was rooming with was already check in, so the check in process was rather easy. I just went to the front desk and retrieve the key she left for me. Positives: - Great customer service. Cleaning staff even help me get into my dress (darn zipper!!) - I lock myself out of my room and staff member I ran into help me get back in with no problem - Nice pool with chairs in shady areas as well (Definitely a positive) Cons: - Lobby is quite a distance from the rooms - I didn't really care for the colors of the hotel rooms. I thought it looked sort of dingy - Weird lightening in the bathroom, so I had a hard time putting on my makeup - We were on the second floor which faced out to a street, so had to have the blinds closed the whole time. I love natural light so that was sort of a bummer. The highlight of my stay was the great staff! I don't come to Phoenix often, but this would be an option when I visit again depending on the price/discounts.
