  • Be aware don't go here!!!! Find another place!! I went here yesterday, I had an appointment which I made on their website, with a certain stylist. I got there and was assigned to a stylist who I did not make an appointment with. They didn't even have the courteous to make me aware when I checked in for my appointment. The stylist I had chosen just kept lying to me, she said she had to change things around in the morning and take another regular customer, WOW, so I guess since I am not regular, she didn't value my business!!!! I asked why didn't they call me if she had to add a regular customer and move me to another stylist! Ofcourse they didn't have an answer to my question!!! I ended up going to the other stylist as I didn't have all the time in the world to wait 2 hours for the stylist I HAD ALREADY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH IN THE FIRST PLACE. My hair came out bad.....curly, frizzy and not what I wanted at all. I had to come home and redo my hair. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The owner said she would not charge me for all what had happened. Another LIE.......I was charged!! Forgot to add, I was 15 mins early to my appointment, got there BEFORE THE "regular client"!!!! Regular client was also late to the appointment!!! Go somewhere else this place is the WORST!!! Not sure why it has good reviews.
