  • Sadly....I must give them only 2 stars. :( after reading some of the reviews....I am guessing that they used to be better then they are now. I got the okra.... And it was really really slimy inside. Yes I know it's okra... But when they are fried well... The sliminess goes away and sadly this was not the case for them. So sad as I love love me some fried okra. Flavor (2/5) I also got the fries and they were just fries. Not really crispy.... Kinda sad soggy fries. My bf liked the fact that they gave ranch with it.... But eh... Flavor (2/5)....I would've given it 1 star but since my bf loved the ranch I gave then another star for the ranch. :/ For the main course I got the #6... The Philly with mushrooms and cheese.... OK... The bread was freaking awesome! Perfect chew and softness... Just perfect. BUT the meat... Mushrooms and onions were really really under seasoned. It was very blah. I mean the Philly cheese steak at subway tasted better then this. :( very disappointing since this is what they are known for. (2/5)... And that is being generous. Service was OK... Nothing mind blowing....(2/5) Ambiance was.... It's a mom and pop type store.... So it was kind of ghetto.... Without the cutesy stuff that u normally see in a mom and pop... And no bathroom at all either (1/5) Will I be returning.... Most likely no.... One it is too far and for the price there are other things that I would rather eat. The prices for the sandwiches ranged from $10 and up and the Specialty sides were $4.... And as nothing that I had made me want to have another bite....I don't think I'll be returning. :(
